Since April 2004, Christchurch Court has been regulated by the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI). The CSCI brings together the work previously undertaken by the Social Services Inspectorate (SSI), the SSI / Audit Commission joint review team and the social care functions of the National Care Standards Commission (NCSC). (Prior to 1 April 2004, Christchurch Court was regulated by the NCSC.)

UK Acquired Brain Injury Forum (UKABIF) is a not-for-profit coalition of organisations and individuals that seeks to promote understanding of all aspects of Acquired Brain Injury and to provide information and expert input to policy makers and others to promote the interests of brain injured people and their families.

British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers aims to represent the professional interests of case managers who are working with people who have survived a brain injury, particularly long-term, and to develop an ethical and professional structure for this discipline to develop and flourish.

International Brain Injury Association. The IBIA works to develop positive relations and interactions between individuals, families, groups, organizations, institutions, diverse cultures and nations. The IBIA strives to provide international leadership for creative solutions to the issues associated with brain injury.

The Centre for Neuro Skills Traumatic Brain Injury Resource Guide provides information, services and products relating to traumatic brain injury, brain injury recovery, and post-acute rehabilitation.

Headway promote understanding of all aspects of brain injury; and to provide information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their family and carers.
